Bellona Pov

It was the next day, and I just finished dressing up. Now it is time to see Silver. I teleported to his ward, but he was not on the bed. He came out of the door, holding a walking stick. He looks so sick and pale. His lips are dry and he is wearing a closed blue shirt and trousers. I didn’t know that a vampire bite could be so deadly. He doesn’t look like he is healing and the bandage is still on his neck. I went to him and helped him to the bed. He rested his back on the wall, breathing out.

“Why didn’t you get someone to help you?” I asked. He looked at me for a split second, then he looked at the wall.

“Have you eaten?” I asked.
