Well, I felt like an outsider. I watched as Isla walked away, leaving Dimitri and me alone together. I hated him so much right now. He was going to ruin all of my plans.
“What are you doing?” I asked him sternly.
“Stopping you from destroying that girl’s life. I know what your plans are, and I need you to stop lying to her. Or else I will tell her everything. Do not think for a second that I do not have my suspicions about what really happened to her parents. I will discover where you are hiding them, and I will bring you to your knees.” Dimitri warned and all I could do was chuckle and shake my head.
He was bluffing. There is no way in hell he could be onto what I was really planning to do but his suspicions are going to mess with Isla’s head. She is so naïve.
