42. She needs to change.

Chloe entered the car, following Alexander and finally caught her breath. This man is too much! They are even five minutes earlier today than their regular days! How could he blame her for being late?

Flickering her eyes in annoyance, she looked out of the car window. Because of the father and son, she couldn't eat her breakfast well! What were they punishing her for?

Guessing for a second, she dropped Leo's name and only focused on Alexander. Of course, that little fellow would never try to irritate her but his father. Surely, he was intentional.

She watched him from the corner of her eyes. His recent behaviour is slightly weird. "But why?" She murmured to herself.

Immediately Alexander turned to her with a frown. He was in a good mood after a long time of sleep. But, this woman had to ruin it! Now, what is she even blurting?

"What are you blabbering now?" He snapped at her. Chloe did not realise she uttered her words loudly and but her tongue.
