After being in the ocean for six months, Darson Humphrey finally came home. Working for a company that handles cargo shipments worldwide requires him to be away from home for six months at a time. That is the reason why at the age of thirty, Darson is still single. Most of his college and high school batchmates are already married and with children.

Darson didn't tell his family or even his friends that he's coming home. He wanted to surprise his mother for her birthday. Besides, his family thought he had to be away for a few more months because of his job's demands.
