In Her Dreams!

“I haven’t seen Georgia all day. Do you know where she might be?” Mrs. Cooper inquired.

This was Bella and Richard’s wedding reception yet she hadn’t sighted her daughter for once. She didn’t like that attitude.

Richard sipped dome champagne from his glass and looked everywhere but at his mother. “I don’t know,” he said, trailing off. “She might have had a lot to drink last night at the party and hence might have chosen to sleep in today. Let’s not disturb her.”

As Richard answered that question, he cast his gaze on his mother who looked a bit worried.

“How can she be missing from your wedding ceremony and the reception when she is present? If she wasn’t sure about showing up, why did she come all the way to Italy?”

Old Mrs. Cooper just couldn’t understand this particular child of hers. Georgia was her first fruit yet the woman acted like she was some leftover junk.

Richard reached out to circle an arm around her shoulder and led her towards the table while speaking to her. “H
