CHAPTER 28: Unexpected Connection.

Erica and the rest of her coursemates were on a college trip to the most historical part of California, but Erica couldn’t take her eyes off Sebastian, who was the lecturer handling the whole college trip.

She was excited and felt she needed a break from all the drama in her life. She had told herself that she wasn’t going to enter into any relationship with anyone since it might rebound.

Maybe the feelings she had for Professor Sebastian were nothing more than a crush or rebound and would fade away with time. But for now, she just wanted to relax and enjoy the whole college trip.

Evening came much faster than she thought. They were returning the next day. They were all at a restaurant having dinner before going to their hotel rooms for the night.

Erica noticed that Sebastian spent most of the time in the restaurant working on his laptop. It was plain that he was a workaholic, as his mind was so focused on his laptop.
