“I don’t know that you can cook, Sebastian.” Erica said, as she came to the kitchen and sat down.

He looked at her sheepishly. “Yeah, I know But I thought I could give it a try.”

Erica raised an eyebrow.

“You sure you don’t want to just order takeout instead?”

"No, I really want to do this," Sebastian said. "I want to make you a nice meal, and I want to show you that I can do it."

Erica smiled. "Well, I admire your ambition. But are you sure you don't want me to help you? I'm not exactly a master chef, but I know my way around the kitchen."

He shook his head. “No. I want to do this for you.”

“Awww…. isn’t he the sweetest boyfriend ever!” she said, as she walked towards him and gave him a peck on the cheek.

Sebastian beamed, feeling a wave of affection for his girlfriend. He grabbed her hand and pulled her closer.

“I’ll show you just how sweet I can be.” he said, his voice low and full of promise.
