Chapter Seventy Three

Lisa PoV

“You do realize I’ve been cooped up in here for more than a week,” I groaned, sprawled on the bed.

“I know,” Belinda replied with a smirk, “I’ve also been counting the days of the week with you, child.”

“I want to go outside,” I complained, “take a run in the woods, go to the market, take my wolf for a spin. She’s beginning to rouse you know. Soon, she’ll be back.”

“Good to know you’re getting strong enough to dream of going outside,” Belinda smiled, “a couple of days ago you were recovering from your death sentence.”

I sighed and jumped back on the bed.

“Look,” Belinda got away from a strange medical equipment she was fiddling with and came to sit on my bed, “I know you want to go out. I understand that perfectly, but you know it’s not safe.”

“I’ll be careful,” I hastily replied, “I promise.”

“Fine,” she sighed, “I’ll tell Klaus when comes by. He’s the Alpha, only him can give the permission.”
