Daniel POV

I clenched my fist in anger after witnessing everything that had happened between my brother and Cassandra on the valley of flowers. They were lying to us all this while, growing on themselves.

"Don't jump into conclusion already, maybe it's just a way of comforting her Daniel. Remember, her parents death anniversary is this week," Derrick said over the phone sounding claim. But I knew within him, there was a wailing rage he was trying to suppress.

"Don't act all blind to this Derrick, he takes her everywhere he goes like he owns her. We can't settle for that using a make believe to hold up the truth," I told him but he remained composed.

"Come home Daniel, you never have followed them in the first place. What do you think Cassandra would say if she found out that you spied on her?. Come home and later on, we will confront Dennis," he said and I couldn't help but listen because I was having the urge to run down from where I was and beat Dennis up for his betrayal
