(Eve's POV)

“Send me the meeting minutes now,” Millicent said, giving me her I-do-not-care-how-you-do-it-look.

She stood up and walked towards Callahan, kissing his cheek.

“Next time, don’t leave without telling me,” she murmured sweetly, smoothing the lapel of Callahan’s suit jacket.
