Like lightning, my heartbeat quickened. Alpha Callister just ratted out Emilia and this could be the evidence we need to put her behind bars and stall her mission.

My eyebrow raised in question as I met Nox's gaze with an expectant look. His face betrayed no emotion as he seemed to be assessing the situation.

"Emilia, what do you have to say about this?" Nox asked and all eyes turned on the blonde Alpha sitting amidst them.

Emilia leaned forward and clasped her hands on the table, her blood red painted fingernails bearing a sharp contrast to the white high gloss table. She looked at Nox with a frown.

"I have no idea what this man is talking about."

Alpha Callister's eyes widened in disbelief and his mouth dropped open, as he looked from Emilia to Nox and back. "This woman is lying!" He pointed with his bound hands.
