Chapter 14- The Interview

Isabella sat behind her imposing desk, her expression stern and unyielding, as she began her interview with a woman who was seeking the position. The woman, seated opposite Isabella, appeared both eager and determined, ready to prove her qualifications for the job.

Isabella: "Tell me, why do you believe you are qualified for this role?"

The woman took a deep breath, her nerves evident, and responded, "I have extensive experience in project management, and I bring a strong work ethic to every task."

Isabella's icy gaze bore into the woman as she continued to question her.

Isabella: "That's a common response. What sets you apart from the multitude of candidates who claim the same?"

The woman hesitated for a moment, her mind racing to find a compelling answer. She finally spoke, "I'm a quick learner, and I adapt well to new challenges. I believe in continuous improvement."
