Chapter Thirty-one - Troubles in paradise

Months went by and the young couple's life got a little complicated. Adam and Lillian finally discovered things they didn't like about each other, including Lillian's relationship with her brother-in-law Romeu, who, despite having said he would be back soon, had not yet returned to France. Or the countless faithful hours of dedication that Adam has focused on the company, leaving Lillian a little aside. The last few weeks were full of some small arguments that extended throughout the week, and the agreement they had not to sleep fighting fell apart.

Everything was in complete chaos in their relationship, it was so exhausting that Adam found himself wanting to spend more time at the company than in his apartment where the couple now lived together.
