Finally There

I needed a drink, and a strong one at that. If I remembered correctly, there was a pub down on the other side of town, so that’s where I decided to take everyone, because we needed to come up with a plan. Isaac went and brought a burner phone. He dialed a number and waited for the person to answer. We ordered food and drinks and just waited. After no one picked up, I took the phone and called the hotel. It turns out that Jocelyn had hired out the penthouse and paid the fees for six months. My name was on the guest list, so we could go straight there.

“It seems our Josie had planned this out well. We can go up whenever we like.” I told them no one had said a word since we got here.

“We need to get your families to safety.” I told them.

“They already are Alpha. We got them all out last night. They have gone to Night Shade. Alpha Eden agreed to take them. He has also agreed to help us when we take the kingdom back.” Mark told me. Well now, I am glad that we were on good terms with Alpha
