Chapter Thirty-three

Princess Alina's POV

The guards came in at once into the room and spotted me standing in front of Elsa. She wasn't fazed by that either, she still looked into my eyes defiantly, like she was going to hit me if I did anything to trigger her.

I found it very insulting and I couldn't take it. Besides, I wanted to know what she hit like; if she was as strong as she thought she was. I'd seen a lot of people who weren't as strong as they made themselves to be and I wondered if she was just like them. There was only one way to find out.

I slapped her hard once again on her right cheek and then on her left, watching vigilantly to see how she'd respond. "You think you're tough, eh?" I yelled at her, waiting for her to do something.

"Do something, Elsa! Hit me! I dare you," I urged her on with ceaseless taunts, seeing that she had refused to do anything, despite her countenance which suggested the opposite.
