Aria's POV...

"Noel!"

"Noel!"

I screamed at the top of my lungs to just hear her respond to me, but nothing came. And just like she showed up, she faded right before me. My eyes flashed open, and I was panting heavily. Devon was next to me, patting my back.

"What happened?" He asked.

I huffed, "I saw her. I just saw my wolf, but she didn't respond to me. I saw her." I wailed, feeling the tears roll down my face uncontrollably. It's been so long since I felt so close to her that I almost didn't realize how much she was a part of me. That was part of my being, and it has been lost for so long.

"Calm down, Aria. You don't have to pressure yourself just yet. I called you here not because I expect you to connect to your wolf today.
