Third Person

POV

The King family sits around the dinner table eating, they all waited an hour for Sadie to show up but at the end they couldn’t wait for her anymore.

Axel looks at his watch. It’s been four hours and Sadie still isn’t here. he was starting to get worried. When he spoke to her this morning, she sounded excited to come over to lunch, yet she didn’t show.

He excuses himself from the table and walks up to his old room. he walks in and closes the door. He takes his phone out of his back pocket and calls her. her phone goes straight to voicemail. This wasn’t like Sadie. She always answered his calls. No matter how busy she was.

He tries again. He frowns. Again, it goes to voicemail. This wasn’t good. He goes back downstairs to his brothers.

“D wanna go on a ride with me?” he asks Damon.

Damon frowns and looks at his brother. He was sitting watching the game with their father. Damon could see it on his brother’s face. Axel was worried about something.
