POV

“She won’t wake up, why won’t she wake up? Did I hit her too hard? No, no, no I didn’t. She deserved it. She didn’t listen to me, she stayed with him.” Hunter pauses and looks at Sadie laying on a mattress he found in the Cabin he bought under a different name. He starts pacing again. “She didn’t leave him. he survived he survived the fire. I made sure he wouldn’t, and he still did. I thought they were done but she went to see him and spent time with him even though he didn’t remember her. why would she want to be with him when she can be with me. we’re meant for each other. She can’t be with him; she needs to be with me. I love her. He doesn’t love her like I do. He only wants her for her body. I know men like him. I should just kill him then she’ll love me again.” Hunter mutters to himself.
