“So, you arrive yet?” I asked Tia as I got out of my car.

I was at the mall’s underground car park.

“Yes, we arrived last night. Dante’s family has fed me since we got here.” she complains.

I laugh, they are always telling her she is too thin, so they’re trying to fatten her up for babies.

“It’s not a laughing matter I’m genuinely concerned for my stomach okay.” She mutters. “Anyway, how did things go with Beckett? The day we left you told me Beckett asked to see you.” She asks.

I smile. “He does not remember me, but he still finds me attractive. I don’t know how to explain it, but he seems so different, he is so shy it’s cute. He blushes a lot. He is staying at his parents’ place right now, his mother is taking care of him. He asks a lot of questions about what we have done and my past and what I know about him. It was kind of weird.
