The next morning at dinner, she didn't look well. Samuel saw her glaring at him several times and asked, "What's wrong? Are you not feeling well?"

Letitia poked at the omelette on her plate with her knife and fork and said sullenly, "No."

"Not in the mood? Tell me about it?"

Samuel folded his hands on the table, his dark eyes gazing calmly at her, waiting to hear.

In the face of his seriousness, Letitia suddenly didn't know what to say.

How could she say that she had been unable to restrain herself from being near him for the past few nights?

Was it even the memory of their first night at the hotel that was in her dreams?

She didn't know what was going on with her these past few days.
