"Don't blow up on me, you're not the one who's been having to repeat yourself for like the past ten minutes." Brisia declared feigning indignation.
The pair had left the castle grounds and were now walking the streets of the city like any ordinary pair of younger women despite their rather unworldly appearance. If they were on the surface generally all eyes would be on them, whether due their abnormal beauty, fear due to their appearance, or jealousy, eyes were always on them. Down in The City Of Darkness they were able to wander without drawing much attention to themselves due to the fact there were far stranger looking races that were actually considered rather normal. Now if a human like Christopher were to walk down the streets all eyes would be on him as the more rare breed seen in The Dark.
