Chapter 17: Leap Of Faith

Sure, Kenzie felt like she and Andrew had a connection, and while she was expecting them, or at least hoped for them to continue on with whatever it was they had to go after the cruise, she was not expecting a marriage proposal. 

"Kenzie, say something. You've been staring at me blankly for a minute now," Andrew pleaded, holding both her arms. 

Her mouth parted, but no words came out. She closed them back and took a deep breath. Only then did she manage to answer, "Don't get me wrong, Andrew. I like you, but we - we barely know each other."

"We obviously like each other and I know this sounds crazy, but I really want this," he said and urged. "Take that leap of faith with me."

With his words, Kenzie rose from the couch and requested, "Andrew, I - I think, we should give ourselves time to think about this, especially you."
