Chapter 38: I Love You More

"Andrew, I need to tell you, something," Kenzie said outright, the second the Song couple left for the airport. The two were still at The Four Seasons Hotel, waiting for Wendell to come around the driveway. 

It was mid-day and people were crowding at the hotel entrance, leaving Andrew to wonder, "Here? What is it, sweetheart?"

Kenzie braced herself. She puffed her cheeks before saying, "On the day at the cruise - the day I met you - "

Her words were cut off byl the loud beeping sound of two vehicles, one made by Wendell and the other made by another car behind him, pressing Wendell to pick up the pace on the busy driveway. 

She frowned, realizing, she would have to put it off later. Andrew took her hand, and they made it inside the car. 

While they were driving back to the penthouse, Wendell was being loquacious as usual, too chatty for his own good.
