Chapter 43

I slide into the passenger seat of the SUV mario and maverick slides in next to me, trapping me in the middle. Juliet brought out my luggage which was put behind the car, just as Marcel sat down in the front seat and a driver took over the wheels.

The rumbling of the engine filled my ears as the SUV powered out of the castle as I turned back to look back at the castle, I really hoped I didn't come back empty handed before my mother's time was up.

After a few minutes we crossed the pack border as we continued down the road, there were no more houses but forest and we drove down. I suddenly remembered when I came here broken but met good wolves who helped me. I really hoped to meet them again sometime in future, especially Belle.

They car was filled with silence until, she decided to break the silence.

"I never bothered to ask, where are we going?" I asked.

"I taught you will never ask" Marcel turned to face me, his eyes flashing with a mix of determination and care,as he smirked at me.
