Chapter Seven

I was walking down a dark alley and then suddenly a shadow appeared out of nowhere. He lunged at me but I kicked him and started running. I ran and I ran but there was never an end to this hell. Another figure appeared and tried to do the same. I continued running and I looked behind me for a brief moment.

Big mistake...

The two figures approached me rapidly when I fell on something or actually someone hard. I looked up and I screamed at the top of my lungs.

This can't be happening to me. The man held me strongly in his arms.

"Leon, let me go! Please..." I said but my voice broke and it came out more like a whisper.

"Not a chance sweetheart. You killed me! Now it's my turn!" he growled through his teeth. I looked at him. At the man I once loved... he had changed so much. He had a huge scar on his left cheek and instead of his kind and warming smile he had an evil grin plastered on his face.
