After George talked with the doctor and filled in the paperwork, we were finally able to leave the hospital. Evie had fallen asleep in my arms while we were driving back to my penthouse. George decided it would be best if we started living together so that her memory would -and I quote- 'come back' sooner. I really feel bad but what's done is done and there's nothing I can do about it...

I tried to open my eyes but the light was too much to handle. I felt my body ache...My arms, my legs, not to mention my abdomen.
