"Baby are you expecting anyone??"mom asked me and I paused remembering my day with Mr Qin

"Yes mom am going for the gala that CEO Qin organized I was thinking it will be very good for the business right"I lied hoping mom will buy it when she suddenly hugged me.

"Oh Thank you sweetheart I know your father will be very happy that your Taking his company to the next level like he dreamt of"she said almost in tears.

"Oh my emotional crazy Sexy momma you know I'll do anything for you and dad I love you both so much"I said and kissed her head.We smiled

"But baby what are you going to wear it's a Grand gala very influential and important people are going to be there sweetie"mom said panicking and then we heard a voice.

"Don't worry ma'am that's why am hear I have got that covered for miss downs"a blonde with a great height and body said,,I raised a brown at her and she understood I Was asking where she came from.

"Oh am sorry Mrs Downs and Miss downs am..."

"Your Lillian Martinez the famous makeover artist OMG I can't believe your at my house but how come I have tried to book so many appointments but it always gets canceled I can't believe am meeting you face to face"my mom smiled revealing her dimples

"Thank you ma'am and am so sorry for your troubles I promise I'll try to fix one with you as soon as possible"she said politely smiling back and she turned to me.

"So sorry Miss Downs but am sure you remember Mr Qin asked us to pick you up for the gala we,are running late"she said and i nodded 

"Mom dont wait up for me I'll be back soon okay i love love you"I said and kissed her cheeks.

"I love you too please take care of your self"she hugged me and I left.

  We got the parlour within 30mims and the makeover began

"Ma'am when last the you wash your hair"

"Uhhhm maybe a year ago or two"I said and they laughed.

   I gasped looking at myself in the mirror I looked like a movie star the gown was ocean blue with a high slit that started from my laps the gown opened at the back with a cross designed it hugged me completely bringing out my curves and the shoe's wear diamond shoes. My hair was packed in a bun with some strands left on my face,a light makeup and the diamond set complimented the whole look.

"I can hardly recognize myself"I said in thoughts

"We look stunning"cara giggled

"Oh cara your back"I smiled.

"Missed me"she said jokingly.

 I got to the gala and walked to the entrance when the door suddenly opened by itself and all eyes wear on me. I gasped but when I looked ahead and saw those familiar blue eyes I got strength and started walking towards him swaying my hips create tension in the room

"You look just like I imagined enchanting"he whispered on my neck and I shivered but hid it.

"Shall we dance??" he asked extending he's hands and I took them I got this strange feeling of deja vu.

 After the dance I dragged him into a corner

"Wow I knew you were feisty but I didn't expect you to be this wild"he said eyeing never seductively.

"Give me my necklace you idiot"i screamed clearly getting irritated by this guy.

"no till you serve your punishment"he said tracing my cheek bones.

"did you hit your head somewhere when you were little what did i do"

"your guilty miss hoodie,you have something and i want it back"he smirked and pulled my close removing her hair from her face.

"what you freak"I screamed trying to free myself,he chuckled.

"My heart"He whispered behind her ears making me shiver.

"Get away from me"I screamed when suddenly my phone rang I picked it up cause it was my mom.

"Hello mom"

"Baby don't listen to what she says"my mom screamed.

"Shut up you slut"I heard a slap.

"Mom what's happening who's there with you"I yelled getting scared.

"Poor little baby Cata"

"Mommy! Who the fuck are you I swear if you lay a single hand on my mother".

"Oh shut your trap Cata"

"Don't you dare"

"Look girl your in no position to threaten me if I were you I'll look for my mother"The voice said abs hanged up.

"Hello mommy!mommy"I yelled I tried calling but it was getting through.

"Lina what's wrong??"Alex asked me.

"Nothing I have to go"I said and ran away I wanted was to get to my mom
