Gaia POV.

Today was a success. All the kids and their new families had a great time. All but little Charlie. It hurts my heart that such a sweet and interesting little boy was left alone. I need to get to the bottom of this. How could a siren abandon their child?

Collapsing on the sofa, I’m exhausted and I still need to tell my mates I am pregnant. However, I need to find Asteria and get to the bottom of this for little Charlie he has every right to know why he was left in the care of that awful woman.

“Hey baby. Are you ok?” I look up and see the men I need. I smile at them and sit up.
