CHAPTER 10: Isn't that too early?

After the professors said their last wishes to the graduating students the students began having fun. Eleanor, after having seen Sam and Natalie hugging and wishing each other, wanted to leave and head home.

Natalie was all over Sam taking picture with him besides their parents, they looked like a couple.

Sam saw that Eleanor was looking at him but there wasn't much he could do or say because his parents was there, this made his heart saddened.

'Eleanor, stop thinking of him... you haven't forgotten they said you are nothing but a poor lady who can't amount to anything right? Now who is the valedictorian? I will become the best I can be, I am putting him behind me.' Eleanor thought and was about to go meet her mother when a voice said,

"Hey, fellow nerd."

She turned towards the voice, lo and behold it was one of her friends who was always by her side when she was down.
