CHAPTER 9: Not a chance

"Sweetheart, please talk to me..." Sam said walking close to her while Eleanor glared at him with fury and yelled out loud,

"Stay away from me Sam, just stay away from me... I don't want you to come close. Starting from this minute we are over." Eleanor lashed out.

"What? Why would you say that? No... no Eleanor please don't do this." Sam said pleading.

Without saying anything else, Eleanor packaged her lunch box and was about to leave when Sam held her back by her wrist.

But what happened next was unfathomable, she turned, wriggled out her wrist from his grip and slapped him hard across his cheek and said,

"In the end that is what I am to you, a poor lady, middle class who is only after your wealth. I get it, starting from this minute, Samuelson Wyatt we are done."

"What are you talking about Eleanor?" Sam asked in confusion, he has never said anything about such.
