The white sheets partly covered half of the woman who laid motionless on the bed with her eyes shut, but her grip on the bed was prominent that it was hard to ignore and it posed curious questions further.

Marianne pupils dilated and her bruised knuckles stretch out throbbing the veins from her delicate fair wrist. With her eyes closed, she looked paralyzed and pitiful that my jaw locked in hardness.

This was the perfect state I wanted to have her in, to ride my madness and obsession deep into her soul and, if possible, inflict my hold on her. I stood at the feet of the bed, looking at her with my expression blank.

Her condition could not bring me to feel the slightest hint of remorse and suddenly she yelled, cutting my haze of thought.

“Don’t Leave… Me! Please Ezekiel, I’m pleading I don’t want to stay here take me back with you.” Her pleading cries stain that beautiful face of hers.
