Chapter 15 - Gabriel

I walk out of the bathroom with my towel around my waste and I see Hannah curled up in the middle of my bed asleep with a towel on her head.  She is wearing one of my shirts and I am glad to see her make herself at home.  It’s strange to me that none of this feels new.  It’s as if she has been here the whole time.  I get dressed and head over to the pack house.  My uncle is going to want to talk to me, I’m surprised he hasn’t barged in demanding answers already. 

I walk in and my little cousin Sarah runs up and jumps into my arms.  “Gabe!  I was worried.  Dad said that you were hurt, but I couldn’t go see you because you looked gross.”, she rattles off.  “Well, I don’t know what I looked like but I certainly felt gross.”, I tell her. “Where is your dad?” I ask.  She points to his office, and I put her down.  “Imma go watch TV.” She sa
