Right then the doctors came out of the room and said that David was out of danger but he was still sleeping. They congratulated the person who gave him the first medicine and his parents glanced towards Betty’s direction at the same time making her uncomfortable. She was just doing what anyone would have done in that situation.

“Doctor, can we go in and see him?” Betty asked.
