Alex's P. O. V

" Dead? What do you mean she's dead?" I repeated, not sure if I heard her right the first time.

" She's dead Alex. I hate to say it but she is." Standing up, she added, " she slipped and fell." Pointing downwards. I glanced downwards and gasped.

" Oh...." I muttered, lost for words.

Some other policemen came to join us and she turned to them.

" Tell the paramedics to evacuate the body. She's dead." She said and began walking out. I glanced down at the unmoving body and gulped.

Damn.

Sylvia's P. O. V

Staring at the entrance of the abandoned building, I waited anxiously for Alex. He's been there for a while with the police and they're yet to come out. I just hope he's okay. My attention was averted when I saw another car arrive at the scene. Three people came out of it and I recognized it as Patrick, Skyler and Ariana.

" Sylvia!" Skyler called out, running towards me. I rushed over to her, pulling her into a hug.
