KIARA'S POV. The day dawned crisp and clear. The sun poured through my window. Another day had dawned, bringing with it new hopes and aspirations. The light of dawn seeped into my room. KIARA'S POV. I have been sitting, hiding under a blanket, and anxiously eating one bar of chocolate after another while watching a high school romance series on N*****x for the past two hours. KIARA'S POV The black SUV moved to the end of the street and then turned to head away from town. Kiara's pov I scrambled out of the car as soon as it rolled to a stop, desperate to put distance between me and the man standing beside me in the car. Being confined in such a small place was suffocating and had my heart pounding so hard. KIARA'S POV I spent the night tossing and turning, unable to take my mind off everything that had changed drastically. I couldn't help but wonder what the future held for me.What will they do with me? If the man asks me to marry him or date him, will I be able to say no, or will my timid self accept everything in a hurry? This worried me a lot, and I had to memorize how to reject him in my mind. When the sun finally rose the next morning, I had eyebags under my eyes. I propped myself up on one elbow. I let out a sigh as I tried to open my eyes fully, feeling the fatigue of a restless night's sleep. I sat up and rubbed my eyes, hoping to lessen the puffiness. I could feel the tightness of my skin, a sure sign that I had spent the night tossing and turning. I dragged myself out of bed and stumbled to the bathroom, hoping a splash of cold water on my face would help wake me up. Two weeks later KIARA'S POV I stir the stew mindlessly, too lost in my thoughts to actually get any work done. I feel someone poke me in the side of my ribs and I look up annoyed to find Casmir staring at me in an eye to eye smile. "What's on your mind little chef?" He asks flopping himself round the table in front of me with his ridiculous smile still on his face. "Cooking" I said hoping that he'd believe that and let me be. Casmir is just one hell of a chef, he nags and makes it tougher for me in here. I remember him saying that I took everything from him once I got to the hotel as a chef. MATEO'S POV Frank wasn't wrong to call me a watcher. I am and it's not something I can resist. My gaze followed my blue eyed mate as she disappears into the same restaurant I ate the last time. With a smirk on her face. She seems to be so happy going to work. Her sculptured, twine-thin figure is something I haven't gotten tired of looking at. The face that would never leave my memory, even if she wanted to I have just passed the Wekki estate and am now heading to one of my mansions. When I see her, my friend!I don't know if she works at the restaurant or if she is just a customer; I hope it's the former. That would be preferable to searching for her for an extended period of time again. I stay in the car, thinking about what else to do. I can't just go in there and scream, "Follow me, girl; you are my mate!" Humans will think I am a lunatic. There is a difference between being impatient and watching something from afar and having the inability to stop thinking about something.
