CHASE BEGAN
The dry leaves crushed under her sneakers creating sound in the empty woods , she stumbled upon a rock losing her balance. Her brown eyes frantic searching for any person chasing after her as she stopped to catch her breath. Her fingers inserted themselves in the pocket of her jeans fishing out the metallic device as she quickly typed in the number. Her heart hammering loudly in her chest she could feel a drop of sweat rolling down mixing with blood that was on her forehead because of the cut she got a minute ago falling flat on her face.
