Edna stirred in her sleep grabbing Adriano’s attention. He looked down at her who was curled up on his chest; he closed his own eyes when hers started fluttering open. Edna groaned loudly removing his hands from her waist. She sighed rubbing her temple. This was the second time she woke up in such a situation. She gently slipped away from the comforter not wanting to wake him up though he was awake already. She cracked her neck and gently massaged her shoulders with the palm of her hands, which were stiff.

Edna opened her eyes groggily and sat up stretching her arms. A yawn escaped her lips as she looked outside the enormous window of the room.
