Edna was humming a tone under her breath, as her brown eyes lingered on the waves of the sea clashing at the shore, leaving its traces on the stone pathway beside it in different kind of wet patches. The same pathway where she had taken a walk with Faustino Pietro, where he had been attacked too. However, Adriano had put an end to whoever that man was.
