Even though she had given her word to Betty to stay put in her room, after a while, she found herself unable to do so for it was quite boring.

Making a promise to herself that she wouldn't be wandering off to far, she decided to walk around. Moreover, she did not get many instances when she was able to be on her own.

The people inside the mansion were too overprotective of her. There was no reason that a watch was required to be kept over her for 24/7.

However, dilemma came upon Seraphine when she realized that she was lost. Because she hadn't come over to this part of the house before, she decided to give it a try.

But how could she have been aware that after being in this place for around ten minutes, she would be clueless of how to return back.

The servants seemed to be busy preparing for an event these days— she barely had a clue about— and therefore, she was not able to spot them.
