Chapter 64

I looked upwards and felt a few drops of rain fall on my face. I turned to see the others using their hands to cover up their faces as the pit pattering sounds of the rain increased by each second. I hurried everyone to hide under the roof covering the entrance. We squeezed in and stood close to one another so that we could warm ourselves. The rain kept on going for about an hour. It was approaching night when it stopped.

Clive and Trevor later joined us and the eight of us stood at the entrance of Brian's mansion to see if he would let us in. We waited for thirty minutes and gave up. He didn't even bother sending any of his men after us. I was sure that he noticed that we were at the entrance.
