"Alex don't burp on your grandma," I warned my daughter knowing very well that she couldn't understand a word I was saying. She just smiled at me and then turned to face her grandma while continuing to play with her. I had just fed her and all the milk she had taken in had not been fully ingested yet. However, the little angel just couldn't wait to play with her favourite person at all. Whenever she sensed her close to her she would cry while raising her cute little hands in the thin air.

Rebecca also couldn't stay away from her granddaughter. They had a strong bond that could not be broken. Alex was also like that to Nelson and just the two of us. With other people, she was too picky to be held by anyone. If she didn't feel a connection with the said person she would bawl her eyes out, tears continuously falling on her cheek. If one of us goes closer to her and kisses her on the cheeks or forehead only then would she be silent.
