I bring my wrist to my face and check the time again, its 6 already
“Okay, everything should be set for the dinner by now, anything still cooking by now isn’t for this dinner”, I say as I walk into the kitchen
The chef I hired smiles at me and opens up whatever he is cooking over the fire, but it’s on really high heat
“We’re all done, and if I dare say so myself but this is delicious, one of my best work yet your husband will enjoy it ma’am”, he says with a smile
“Keep going that way and I might keep you for myself”, I say moving closer to the wonderful aroma emitting from whatever he has cooking
