Chapter Three My Mate Is Lost Aaron’s pov. As I trudge through the storm, rain pours down my tired face and soaking through my clothes. I miss her company and the sense of purpose that we shared. It's hard to find the motivation to continue my work without her there to support me. Every second, I find myself searching for a way to bring her back, hoping that I'll be able to reunite with her soon. It's like a piece of me is missing, and I can't quite figure out how to fill it. But I won't give up. I'm determined to find a way to bring Isla back, no matter what it takes. I'll scour every inch of this world if I have to, searching for the clues that will lead me to her.
