CHAPTER 41

Noah and I sat at the table talking for ages, but I knew the reality of the situation. I knew that I needed to get home. Before my dad realized that I was gone.

My phone started ringing and I saw that it was Wesley, but I ignored it. I then sent him a message and told him that dad had me doing some pack work and I couldn’t talk to him now.

I didn’t know how I was going to handle the whole Wesley situation, but I knew that I needed to keep it close to the vest. I couldn’t let anyone, except Noah, know what I know. There was too much at stake.

Noah drove me home but he stopped down the road so the camera’s and guards didn’t pick up his car or anything like that.

“Will you be alright sneaking back in?” He asked.

“Yeah. I’ll be fine. I’ve done it heaps of times.” I said.

“Alright. Listen, it would be best if Wesley doesn’t suspect anything right now.” He said.

“I know. Same with dad and Sandra. I won’t tell them anything.” I said.
