There were three carriages in total, leading the journey one with Georgia and Ria inside it, the second one was used to keep our things, pieces of jewellery for Beatrice, rubies and gold. And then there was the third one, the last one. And deadly one.

I shifted.

“Stop moving,” Ezra grumbled from my side I get the déjà-vu of the day they kidnapped me. Ezra was overly sensitive today, his face was twisted in annoyance as he looked outside.

“I’m sorry,” I timidly said. I had been fidgeting since the moment we started our journey. My head kept drooping. Shaking. I barely had any sleep last night and my mind was not stable enough to remain calm. I had this feeling of anxiousness since Claus left me hanging in the hallway. And since then, all I had been feeling was guilt and sorrow. Why was I feeling these absurd emotions?
