I could still hear Alpha Jerk face, angrily giving orders to whoever stayed at the end of the hall from my cell. I was still lying on the concrete slab bench of my cell. Yet, at the same time, it was like I was with Dominic in a room I didn't recognize. With a handful of women chanting something, I couldn't understand what they were saying. Landon and Angel stood behind me with a hand on my shoulders while Blake stood in front of me, holding my hand. No, they weren't touching me. They were touching Dominic. But that couldn't be right. I could feel them touching me. Only when I looked down, it was definitely Dominic's hand in Blake's.

"What's going on?"

I was so confused. How could I feel them touching me when I wasn't there? How could I feel as if I was with Dominic but couldn't see him unless I looked down? Had I fallen asleep? If so, what a strange dream.
