"Understood," Henry replied.

"Good. Let's go get the divorce papers after I convince Grandpa," Lydia said.

"Sure." Henry nodded.

Even though he was unwilling to do so, he would never force someone to do something against their will.

Lydia breathed a sigh of relief, hoping that Henry truly understood.

They had different upbringings, and forcing themselves to be together would not lead to happiness.

Henry went back to his room. His phone rang as he was about to lie down, and it was a call from Chansey.

"Ms. Ford!"

"Didn't we agree for you to call me Chansey?" Chansey pouted.

"Fine. Chansey!"

"Why do you sound so unwilling? Am I that annoying?"

"How is that possible? A man who says you're annoying is simply not a man."

"That's more like it. Are you free tomorrow night?"

"What's up?"

"Accompany me to an event."

"We're not that close. Why would you invite me to an event?"

"But you're my beloved Henry. Aren't we close enough?"

"I'm busy!"

Henry hung up the phone.
