Christabel stared at the sky
and saw it pulsating with countless blinking lights. From where she stood she saw the moon spreading its soft lavish beam like a new mat over the city, this immaculate white bar of ancient days clothed in a garment of parables and proverb aglow and twinkling stars blanketed the sky. The moon scaled to the steeps of the sky and towered above the city roofing sheets.Christabel gazed at the beautiful night and wished her life could be as beautiful as the lovely view before her.
