CHAPTER 41

Adrian rushed down the stairs as he heard Audrey's scream. He heard his name and he did answer, but it seems Audrey didn't hear him so she called again. He saw her lying on the floor unconscious.

"Audrey!" Adrian yelled rushing towards her

"Audrey, are you okay?" He asked holding her hands and trying to bring her back to consciousness.

"Audrey please wake up." He said tapping her lightly

"Wake up, please what happened to you?" Adrian asked anxious.

"Adrian." Audrey called out weakly.

"Hey, it's me, I'm here." Adrian said hugging her .

"Audrey, what happened to you?" He asked

"I... There's this... This creature..." Audrey stuttered

"A creature? What about it? What did you see?" Adrian asked

"I don't know it's all hazy in my mind now." Audrey said much calm.

"We need to get you home." Adrian said

"No, I'm fine. I'll talk to my dad about it tomorrow, it's already late." Audrey said getting up her feet.

"Come on let's go up stairs." Adrian said supporting her

"Wait my pizza." Audrey
