He prefers to show his feelings subtly, prefers to come off as casual and easy-going as if nothing affects him. At this moment, however, the moment when he's pressed close to Ash, so close that he can smell his mate scent every time he breathes, so close that Alex can hear the steady and soothing beating of his Ash heart, Alex doesn’t want to be subtle.
